The Retail Sales Executive (Channel Sales) is responsible for driving property sales through channel partners such as brokers, real estate consultants, and agencies. The role focuses on partner onboarding, relationship management, lead generation through brokers, and achieving sales targets for residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
- Identify and onboard recent channel partners to expand the broker network
- Drive sales through channel partners for ongoing and new real estate projects
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities with brokers
- Ensure partners are well-informed about project details, pricing, and offers
- Organize broker meets, events, and project presentations
- Track leads generated by channel partners and ensure timely follow-ups




- Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams for closures and documentation
- Ensure timely commission payouts and resolve partner queries
- Monitor competitor projects and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel network

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in real estate channel sales / broker management
- Strong network of brokers or channel partners (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and high-value transactions
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
