Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Counsel students regarding IT courses (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, etc.)
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams
- Provide post-admission support and guidance

Required Skills:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of IT courses/services
- Sales & target-oriented mindset
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

Qualification:
- Graduate (Any stream)
- MBA/Marketing preferred (optional)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
