Eligibility:
- Graduation (any stream) - Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (on paper)
- Strong written communication
- Flexible for rotational shifts & week-offs
Key Work:
- Provide accurate, empathetic responses
- Follow quality & process standards
- Escalate complex cases when required
