Handle B2C customer requirements for HVAC products and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with sales, installation, and service teams.
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
- Prepare quotations, technical specifications, and reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of HVAC installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit client sites when required for inspection and coordination.
Pay: ₹18,833.90 - ₹22,000.00 per month
