Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, meeting coordination, and sales support for both business verticals.

The role involves working closely with the Managing Director (MD) to schedule meetings with architects, clients, hotels, and business owners, while also ensuring proper follow-up and conversion of leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and generate leads for:




- Architects, interior designers, and commercial clients (for Upcountry Decor)
- Hotels, cafes, event planners, and retail brands (for Wrapaura)
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and databases to find prospects

2. Meeting Coordination
- Fix meetings and appointments for the MD with potential clients
- Ensure proper briefing of the MD before meetings
- Follow up with clients for confirmations and rescheduling if required

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings

4. Sales Support & Lead Closure
- Assist in proposal coordination and follow-ups
- Track lead progress from initial contact to closure
- Coordinate internally with design/project teams when required
