Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate outdoor advertising, banners, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating brochures, flyers, presentations, and project marketing materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest current marketing ideas and strategies.

Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the company’s social media and digital marketing team to ensure proper branding and campaign execution.
- Coordinate content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Help plan and manage online lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for promotional content.
- Ensure regular posting schedules and marketing consistency across all platforms.




- Review and monitor digital campaign performance and share feedback with the social media team.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate property exhibitions, promotional events, and site visit campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and potential buyers.
- Support the sales team by coordinating marketing leads and follow-ups.
- Maintain databases of leads, campaigns, and client interactions.

Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printing vendors, and marketing partners.
- Work with internal departments to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Ensure all promotional activities are completed within deadlines and budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property-related businesses
