Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations.
- Monitor company cash flow and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Verify sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate ledger and voucher entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation of bills and invoices.
- Supervise billing and payment processing activities.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate salary processing and staff reimbursements.
- Handle PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
- Maintain employee financial records confidentially.

Audit & Reporting
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.
- Track financial performance and suggest cost-control measures.
- Submit reports to management within deadlines.

Team Management
- Supervise accounts staff and billing team.




- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and workflow management.
- Coordinate with HR, sales, warehouse, and purchase departments.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge in accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Time management and confidentiality.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounts and finance.
