Position Summary:
- This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of Datawarehousing systems and processes using ETL technologies and troubleshooting any potential issues.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delivery
- End-to-end delivery management across multiple workstreams
- Team leadership including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Resource planning, staffing, and utilization management

Client & Consulting
- Strong client management with senior stakeholders
- Experience in pharma / life sciences domain and data ecosystems
- Ability to define data / AI strategy and translate business needs into solutions

Technical Oversight
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, Snowflake, and AI ecosystems
- Ability to guide architecture and engineering decisions

- Master of Computer Application

Work Experience:
- Overall, 8+ years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.
- Should have expertise and working experience in at least 2 ETL tech stack among Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Informatica
- Should be able to handle a mid size team.
- Should have strong Data Warehousing, Reporting and Data Integration fundamentals.
- Advanced expertise with SQL
- Experience on AWS/Azure cloud data stores and it’s DB/DW related service offerings.
- Should have knowledge and experience of Big Data Technologies and NO SQL databases.
- Agentic AI experience is a plus
