Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using the list of leads provided by the seniors
- Explain clearly and confidently the DNA Tests of their interest, including sample collection methods, reporting time, price, uses, benefits of the test, and more.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert the leads into buyers
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Record and update customer interactions in our lead-management portal
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle tough questions, objections, and close sales effectively
- Basic to advanced computer knowledge
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel
