Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 2-5 Years
Positions: 5 Openings
Location: India (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Market IT consultants on bench to US clients, MSPs, and vendor partners
- Submit consultant profiles to daily US requirements
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients
- Coordinate interviews and follow up till onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Update and manage consultant and requirement data regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing:
- Solid knowledge of US hiring models:C2C, W2, 1099:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment
Preferred Skills:
- Existing vendor network is a plus
- Experience working with ATS and job portals
Shift: US Shift (Night)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
