Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver offline training sessions and develop structured learning modules for students and professionals.
- Create, review, and proofread training content, assignments, and study materials.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate learner performance through assessments, tests, coding exercises, and project reviews.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to learners on programming concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Solid proficiency in Java, C++, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- 3-5 years of corporate experience with an interest in transitioning into academic training and mentoring roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Ability to create engaging and practical learning experiences.
