Graduate Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) from a recognized university
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) _or_ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.):
- Qualification must be from an NCTE-recognized institution

Mandatory Eligibility
- Strong command over English (spoken & written):
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics and EVS concepts

Technical & Digital Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel):
- Ability to use Smart Boards / Digital Classrooms:
- Familiarity with EdTech tools (Google Classroom, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (preferred)

- Understanding of NEP 2020 & NCF 2023 (Foundational Stage):
