JOB DESCRIPTION - TELECALLER (TARGET / TALLY BASED)

Position: Telecaller Executive

Department: Sales / Recruitment
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 0-2 Years /Fresher
Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper call tally (number of calls, responses, conversions)
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Share accurate information about company services/job openings
- Maintain daily MIS and call reports
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Handle basic queries and provide solutions over calls

Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure




- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Calling software)

Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience in telecalling / sales / recruitment
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (100+ calls/day)
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on target achievement)Working Hours: 8

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
