Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students/leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Explain course details, career perks, and value proposition clearly
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions in CRM
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
