Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit:
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Generate construction documentation and ensure accuracy of design data.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for clash detection and model integration.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Perform model revisions based on design changes and site feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and client requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings and support project delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling (Architectural).




- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp.
- Understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
- Knowledge of construction detailing and documentation processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of LOD standards and BIM execution plans.
- Exposure to international codes and standards is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
