We are looking foraFabrication Production Supervisor

You’ll make a difference by
- Responsible for cultivating high safety practices.
- Disciplinary and technical management of the frame construction production unit.




- Responsible for the production unit costs & production unit deadlines.
- Responsible for the production unit quality.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable standards and statutory regulations.
- Ongoing process improvements & Ongoing process improvements. (Kaizen,3i)
- Coaching and hiring of employees

Desired Skills:
- You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years with bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Basic knowledge of SAP/R3 (PP module)
- Positive Communication Skills.
- Should have knowledge of heavy fabrication industries (Bogie Frame experience is preferred)
