UGC Video Editor

We’re looking for a UGC Video Editor who understands what actually performs in ads — not just edits videos.

What you’ll do:
- Edit high-converting UGC videos for Meta Ads:
- Generate full video or some clips through Ai platform:
- Work on multiple hooks, fast-paced edits, and retention-focused storytelling:
- Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and ad styles:
- Collaborate with the team on creative testing and iterations

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in editing UGC & performance ad creatives:
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads formats and audience psychology:
- Hands-on with: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Final Cut Pro, CapCut




- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Freepik, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, etc.
- Ability to move fast, experiment, and adapt based on performance

Bonus points if you:
- Know motion graphics:
- Can create 3D camera movements / dynamic transitions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
