ERP Implementation Champion

We are hiring an ERP Implementation Champion to support and coordinate ERP operations across business functions. The role involves working closely with internal users and external ERP implementation partners to ensure smooth system adoption, issue resolution, and data discipline.

About the Company

A leading food and service company with integrated facilities of manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service. The company operates a chain of its own stores, bakeries, and restaurants across North India.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries from internal users and business leaders
- Log, track, and manage user-reported issues
- Provide basic troubleshooting and L1 support
- Assist users with reports and system navigation
- Ensure accurate master data entry and maintenance
- Monitor daily ERP usage and user adoption
- Coordinate with external ERP implementation partners for L2/L3 support when required
- Support training and onboarding of new ERP users





Functional Responsibilities
- Data import (with training from ERP implementation partner)
- Role and permission setup (initial setup with partner support)
- Dashboard and easy report creation
- User handholding and support
- Handling L1 support tickets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in ERP systems (ERPNext / Odoo preferred)
- Basic understanding of business operations (inventory, sales, accounts, etc.)
- Good computer and MS Excel proficiency
- Comfortable working with digital systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn ERP workflows

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with open-source ERP systems like ERPNext or Odoo
- Exposure to ERP implementation or support projects

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
