We’re Hiring: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Handle clients across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, BPO, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.
- Allocate positions to recruiters based on strengths
- Ensure timely & quality-driven hiring delivery
- Report directly to leadership (CEO/Director)
- Drive performance and collaboration in a remote setup
Requirements-
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment & staffing
- Strong experience in client management & team handling
- Proven ability to manage remote teams
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Salary: 15-20K
