We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive with experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations. The role involves managing daily ecommerce operations, order processing, inventory coordination, and marketplace handling across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment operations
- Handle marketplace operations including returns, cancellations, and RTOs
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory updates and stock accuracy
- Maintain product listings and catalog updates
- Prepare operational and reconciliation reports
- Work on OMS/ERP systems for order and inventory tracking





Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Understanding of ecommerce backend operations
- Familiarity with OMS/ERP systems preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Solid spoken English and professional communication ability
- Confident personality with good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations/order management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
