Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing reports.
- Handle fund accounting, NAV reconciliation, and investor transaction accounting.
- Monitor bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, SEBI regulations, and financial policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, custodians, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of investments, expenses, and financial documentation.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and expense management processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.




- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of mutual fund operations and fund accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mutual funds, asset management companies (AMC), NBFCs, or financial services sector preferred.
- Knowledge of SEBI compliance and financial regulations is an advantage.

Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in mutual funds or financial services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
