Work type : In-Office, Mon to Fri - 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Sat 10.00 to 3.00 p.m.

About the internshipAs a Company Secretary (CS) intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and agile work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company's administrative and legal functions, and you will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

.Key responsibilities1. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements2. Maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations3. Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes4. Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and filings with regulatory authorities5. Conducting research on legal and regulatory issues affecting the company6.



Assisting in corporate governance and compliance initiatives7. Providing administrative support to the CS and senior management team
