Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery planning:
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTIF) and optimize Turnaround Time (TAT):
- Handle fleet management (owned & hired vehicles), route planning, and utilization
- Control and optimize logistics cost (freight, fuel, maintenance):
- Coordinate with plants, depots, sales team, and distributors for smooth operations
- Manage 3PL vendors / transporters and negotiate freight rates
- Monitor daily dispatch planning vs actual execution:
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, permits, and safety standards
- Track and improve key KPIs: delivery efficiency, cost per ton, vehicle utilization
- Handle MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, and escalations

EXP-2 TO 3 YEAR

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
