About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive Service Operations Executive to manage and streamline our field service and installation operations for window blinds and shading systems.

This role involves end-to-end coordination of technicians, site visits, and customer communication, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Scheduling & Coordination
- Plan and assign daily installation/service jobs to technicians
- Ensure all orders are scheduled within defined timelines
- Optimize technician allocation based on skill and location

2. Technician Management
- Track technician attendance and job completion
- Maintain and update technician skill matrix
- Ensure technicians are prepared with required materials and information

3. Customer Communication
- Proactively inform customers about installation schedules
- Handle delays, rescheduling, and customer concerns professionally
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to completion

4. Job Tracking & Execution
- Monitor all ongoing jobs and ensure timely closure




- Identify delays and take corrective action immediately
- Maintain daily reports of completed, pending, and delayed jobs

5. Process Improvement
- Reduce rework, delays, and missed appointments
- Suggest improvements in scheduling, routing, and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production) for smooth operations

Experience:
- 2-5 years in service coordination / field operations / dispatch
- Experience in installation-based industries preferred (interiors, HVAC, appliances, furniture, etc.)

Skills:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Valuable communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

- Problem-solving mindset
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,
