Position Overview

The HR Manager will play a critical role in building a productive workforce, improving employee retention, implementing HR systems, and supporting organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, sales, technical, and corporate positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Handle recruitment for:
- Plant operators
- Machine technicians
- Production staff
- Sales & marketing teams
- Accounts & admin staff
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain healthy employee relations across factory and office staff.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop employee engagement activities and retention programs.
- Promote positive work culture and team motivation.

HR Operations




- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee documentation.
- Ensure proper joining, confirmation, appraisal, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.

Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
- Handle statutory compliances including:
- PF
- ESIC
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Factory Act
- Contract Labour compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Performance Management
- Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
- Support management in designing incentive structures for:
- Sales teams
- Factory staff
- Supervisors
- Coordinators
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisal processes.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs for plant and office staff.
- Organize technical, behavioral, and safety tra
