ICT Mumbai Research Foundation (Mumbai Biocluster) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to join the Biophysics Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical exposure to advanced biophysical and spectroscopic techniques used in characterization of biotherapeutics including peptides, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and oligonucleotides.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of biophysical and spectroscopy experiments for academic and industrial projects Collaborate with senior scientists and researchers on experimental workflowsAcquire and analyze data using advanced analytical instruments Perform quality control checks and maintain scientific documentationSupport calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments Ensure laboratory compliance and upkeep

Fluorescence Spectroscopy FT-IR Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Multi Angle Light Scattering (MALS) Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Analytical Ultracentrifugation (AUC)

Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Biotechnology / Biological Sciences / Analytical Chemistry or equivalent Freshers are encouraged to apply Strong willingness to learn analytical instrumentation and theory Ability to work independently and manage experiments Prior exposure to analytical techniques is preferred but not mandatory
