We are looking for a Equipment All-Rounder with strong hands-on experience in cricket equipment retail, distribution, or category management — someone who understands the market deeply and can drive this category with ownership and commercial clarity.

This is a business-critical role requiring a deep understanding of the game, execution strength, supplier understanding, and strong commercial judgement.

The Challenge

Build a strong, profitable, and scalable cricket equipment category within CricHeroes Store — ensuring the right products, strong margins, efficient inventory, and consistent growth.

You will work across developing recent products, vendor negotiations, supply management, pricing strategy, inventory planning,



and performance tracking — with full accountability for category performance.

What You’ll Do

Category & Product Management
- Develop new products based on your cricketing expertise, adding a layer of differentiation to our offerings.
- Define and manage the cricket equipment assortment (bats, balls, gloves, pads, helmets, kits, accessories and so on).
- Evaluate product quality, specifications, and pricing competitiveness.
- Continuously optimize the product mix based on demand trends and sales performance.

Vendor & Brand Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, credit terms, and supply timelines.
- Ensure reliable supply chain and strong commercial agreements.

Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Set pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and margin goals.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Drive revenue, margins, and sell-through performance
