Responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying business opportunities on various portals to preparing and submitting competitive proposals. This role acts as a bridge between the company and procurement authorities (government or private), ensuring that all bid submissions are compliant, accurate, and submitted within strict deadlines.

Monitor and search for relevant tenders on government portals like GeM, CPPP, IndiaMart and other e-procurement sites. Coordinate for necessary data for preparing technical and commercial bids. Compile pre-qualification documents, certificates, and registrations to ensure 100% compliance with tender eligibility criteria. Execute the timely submission of bids on various portals and handle physical submissions when required. Track tender status, respond to clarifications, and manage post-submission documentation like Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG). Maintain a comprehensive MIS report and database of all shortlisted, submitted, and awarded tenders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
