- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring pipeline.
2. Employee Management
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and office conduct.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee database.
- Handle payroll coordination with accounts department.
- Manage confirmations, appraisals, increment letters, warning letters, and exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory compliance coordination related to labor laws.
4. Performance Management
- Develop KPI systems for departments.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations.
- Track employee productivity and reporting structure.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
5. Training & Organizational Development
- Conduct employee induction and training sessions.
- Arrange soft skill and technical coordination workshops.
- Improve employee retention and workplace culture.
- Build employee engagement activities and team coordination.
6. Industry-Specific Responsibilities
- Understand project-based staffing requirements.
- Coordinate hiring for site-based and office-based teams.
- Manage workforce planning according to project timelines.
- Handle urgent hiring requirements for healthcare and turnkey projects.
