GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a good understanding of designing and are passionate about conceptualizing and designing creatives for various social media platforms, websites, and campaigns, we would love for you to be a part of the Impact Engine.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of the requirement from the marketing and other domains.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Assist and create designs for website.
- Assist with brand guideline checklists and ensure cohesion across platforms and mediums.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Should be able to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
- Strong creative thinking, typography skills, colour theory, illustration.
- Portfolio of previous works.
- Ability to understand the ideas from other domains and incorporate them into illustrations beautifully.
- Should be proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team workplace.




- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and creative start-up environment.
- Optional - UI/UX
- Must own a laptop

Hybrid role (2 days in office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: total work: 2 years (preferred)

Design: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Baner, Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
