We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our global legal team in Pune. This is an exciting chance to work across regions, support a wide range of commercial matters, and contribute to the development of legal frameworks that enable business growth.

As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting the business with high-quality legal advice, contract management, and risk assessment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across APAC, EMEA, the US, and the Middle East, gaining exposure to diverse legal systems and business practices.

Your role:
- Draft and review a broad range of commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, distributor and agency agreements, and supply and purchase contracts.
- Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and legal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a variety of topics,



helping stakeholders make informed decisions while managing legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, with a focus on international and cross-border matters.
- Identify and assess legal risks ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on and contribute to global and regional legal projects, driving continuous improvement within the legal function.
- Support dispute-related matters where required, including liaising with external counsel and relevant authorities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business.

What we’re looking for:
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 3-5 years of experience, gained in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Exposure to international environments, particularly within EMEA, is highly desirable.
