Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve business targets.

Generate sales across gifting, décor, studio glass, crockery, jewellery, and customized design products.

Handle business development through corporate gifting, events, exhibitions, wedding gifting, retail sales, institutional sales, and project sales.

Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, architects,



interior designers, retailers, and hospitality clients.

Identify new market opportunities and develop new clients for business expansion.

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to client meetings, proposal sharing, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.

Achieve sales targets across B2B, B2C, retail, project, and gifting segments.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.

Promote the brand through exhibitions, trade fairs, design events, pop-ups, gifting campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for festive gifting, wedding gifting, seasonal collections, and customized offerings.
