Position Summary:
M/s. Trafotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA. This role is responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and supporting export-import marketing initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new clients and markets, both domestic and international.
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.

2. Client Communication & Presentation
- Prepare and deliver qualified presentations for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to RFQs, proposals, and client inquiries.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

3. Market Research & Reporting




- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and client feedback.

4. Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Accounts, and Back Office teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support senior management in strategy formulation for new markets.

5. Business Development & Travel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Conduct client visits, site visits, and market tours as required
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Build strong client networks through regular follow-ups and field interactions.
- Travel for business generation and relationship management.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering + MBA Preferred
