Design and Documentation: Lead the creation of conceptual designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation using [List primary software, e.g., Revit, AutoCAD,].
- Project Management: Manage project phases, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, interior designers) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants, and governing agencies).
- Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and national building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA requirements.
- Client Relations: Present design concepts and technical documentation to clients,



incorporating feedback effectively and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, review submittals, answer Requests for Information (RFIs), and provide construction oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
