Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound (cold) calls to potential clients from lead databases to introduce real estate projects and generate interest.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from websites, ads, or walk-ins; provide detailed information about properties, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Understand client requirements (budget, location preference, investment purpose) and suggest suitable property options.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits, virtual tours, or meetings with senior sales executives/agents.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads, address objections, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, client details, interactions, and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or custom CRM).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly lead conversion goals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, RERA guidelines, and company inventory.




- Achieve individual sales/lead targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA or diploma in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 0-3 years in telesales, telecalling, or BPO (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Age: Typically 20-35 years.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory). Regional languages are an advantage for NCR roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.:
- Ability to handle objections and close leads over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, internet).:
- Target-oriented with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Good understanding of real estate concepts (plots, apartments, commercial spaces,etc.) is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
