Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Handle banking, investments, and funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations and standards
- Monitor financial performance and present reports to management
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team

Requirements:
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST,



and compliance
- Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP/accounting software

Preferred Skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or security solutions industry is a plus
