Job Title: Night Manager - Life Care Hospital

Location: Part 2 Scheme no. 78, Vijay Naga, Indore

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Night Manager to oversee hospital operations during the night shift. You will be the point of contact for administrative decisions, ensuring patient care remains seamless, staff is coordinated, and the facility remains secure and efficient after hours.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight
- Supervise all hospital departments during the night shift to ensure smooth functioning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any administrative emergencies or operational issues.
- Conduct regular rounds of the facility to ensure staff presence and adherence to protocols.
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharge formalities during the shift.

Patient & Attendant Relations
- Address and resolve grievances or concerns raised by patients or their family members.
- Ensure a quiet, safe, and professional workplace for patient recovery.




- Coordinate with the emergency and casualty departments for incoming urgent cases.

Staff & Facility Coordination
- Monitor staff attendance and manage duty shifts for night-duty personnel.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Oversee facility maintenance issues (e.g., power backup, water supply) and report any major faults.
- Prepare a comprehensive "Night Shift Report" for the morning management team.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, front office, or hospitality management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Clear and confident communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) for reporting and data tracking.
- Attributes: High level of responsibility, calm under pressure, and observant.
