JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DESIGN EXECUTIVE

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Job purpose:
- The Design Executive is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and executing design plans and drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role supports project teams by providing accurate technical designs, calculating material quantities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare detailed design drawings for assigned projects
- Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure coordination across disciplines.
- Ensure design compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes
- Calculate quantities from drawings and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Maintain and update design documentation and records.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input.

4. Knowledge & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel.
- Understanding and preparing detailed technical drawings.
- Calculating quantities from drawings and preparing BOQs.
- Plumbing System As (Soil, waste, rainwater, Sewerage, storm, external water supply)
- Fire Fighting System As (Fire sprinkler system, Fire hydrant system, fire water curtain system, external hydrant system)

6. Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in design projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
