About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

1. Upwork Bidding
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork related to SEO, PPC, Website Development, and Digital Marketing
- Write customized and persuasive proposals
- Communicate with potential clients and schedule discovery meetings
- Maintain a high response rate and follow up with prospects
- Manage Upwork profile optimization and portfolio updates

2. LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, and marketing managers
- Send connection requests and personalized outreach messages
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospects
- Maintain lead database and track outreach performance

3. Cold Calling
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls
- Introduce Mavenj SEO services and identify business needs
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain call records and follow-up schedules
- Track responses, manage follow-up,



and book meetings

Required Skills:
- Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and outreach tools

Daily / Weekly Targets
- 5-10 Upwork bids per day
- 50 LinkedIn outreach messages per day
- 30-50 cold calls per day
- 5-10 meetings booked per week

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings scheduled with potential clients
- Conversion rate from leads to clients
- Revenue generated from acquired clients

Compensation
