The MEP Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical works within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. This role ensures that all electrical installations are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with MEP team (mechanical & plumbing) to avoid clashes
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively

2. Installation & Technical Work
- Oversee installation of:
- Cable trays, conduits, trunking
- Power and lighting systems
- Panels, DBs (Distribution Boards), transformers
- Earthing and lightning protection systems
- Ensure proper routing and termination of cables
- Verify quality of workmanship and materials used

3. Quality Control
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
- Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities




- Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and safety regulations

4. Safety Compliance
- Enforce site safety procedures and electrical safety practices
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensure use of PPE and secure working methods

5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with:
- Project engineers and managers
- Civil and architectural teams
- Consultants and subcontractors
- Report progress, issues, and delays to management

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports
- Track material usage and site requirements
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP or construction projects
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
