Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, conveyor layouts, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
Understand conveyor belt assemblies, rollers, pulleys, gearboxes, idlers, structures, and drive systems.
Coordinate with fabrication, production, maintenance, and installation teams.
Inspect conveyor components and ensure assembly matches approved drawings.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirement lists.
Assist in conveyor system installation, alignment, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Identify mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during execution.
Work with AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings and revise layouts when required.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for conveyor systems.
Communicate with vendors and site teams for project coordination.

Required Skills:
Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings and conveyor layouts.




Knowledge of conveyor belt systems and material handling equipment.
Familiarity with bearings, shafts, pulleys, motors, reducers, and fabrication work.
Basic understanding of welding, alignment, and mechanical fitting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and at project sites if required.

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in conveyor systems, material handling, or industrial equipment.
Experience in Project or automation industries preferred.

Preferred Experience
Conveyor installation and commissioning.
Preventive maintenance planning.
Site supervision and coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
