- Roles & responsibility_

Supervise erection of primary & secondary steel structures, Column, rafter, beam, bracing installation

Purlins, girts, sag rods fixing, Roof & wall sheeting installation, Anchor bolt alignment and base plate fixing

Coordinate with civil team for foundation readiness, Ensure alignment and level checks before erection

Coordinate with crane operators and erection team, Monitor subcontractor performance

Ensure erection as per approved drawings, Check bolt tightening (torque), alignment, plumb

Ensure safety during height work, Maintain daily progress records

Plan daily erection targets, Monitor manpower productivity

Report daily progress to Project Manager
- Skills required_

Strong knowledge of PEB erection process

Ability to read structural steel drawings

Experience in industrial / factory projects

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
