Job Description: Clearance & Settlement Associate
Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

As a Clearing & Settlement Associate, you will manage the post-trade lifecycle for equity, ETF, and crypto transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring that trades are settled accurately and on time while coordinating with external financial institutions.

What You’ll Do
- Trade Management: Execute and monitor trades to ensure smooth processing.
- Settlement: Oversee T+1/T+2 cycles and resolve any settlement failures or "breaks."
- Reconciliation: Match trades, positions, and funds daily to ensure records are accurate.
- Coordination: Work directly with brokers, custodians, and exchanges (NSE/BSE).
- Compliance: Ensure all activities follow NISM guidelines and maintain audit-ready reports.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience:



6+ months in trade operations, clearing, or middle-office roles.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and equity settlement processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for MIS reporting and reconciliation.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot errors and handle exceptions with high discipline.
- Communication: Robust coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
