Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations
- Monitor patients’ vital signs throughout surgical procedures
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and procedures
- Respond quickly to any emergencies during surgery
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration/license
- Proven experience as an OT Nurse or in a surgical setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure workplace
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
Pay: ₹20,249.71 - ₹30,219.19 per month
