Job Description - MIS Executive (Management Information Systems)

Role Overview

The Junior MIS Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing automated systems to support business operations and processes. The role involves working extensively with Google Apps Script, Google Forms, and Google Sheets to streamline workflows for an Import & Export company.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data tracking systems.
- Automate business processes using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script.
- Design and manage data workflows, including integration between Google Forms, Sheets, MS Excel, and JotForms.
- Create energetic dashboards with graphs and visual representations for management reporting.
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems, production tracking tools, and internal reporting structures.
- Create flowcharts and process documentation for system workflows.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and consolidation across multiple platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and security through proper access control mechanisms.
- Support implementation of WhatsApp Bots / Telegram Bots for internal and external communication.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Advanced formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas, conditional formatting, anchored references).
- Pivot Tables and Macros for data analysis.
- knowledge of Google Apps Script.
- Experience in integrating Google Forms, Google Sheets, JotForms, and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Data Studio (Looker Studio) and intranet systems.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts such as data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting.
- Knowledge of data security practices including access control and encryption.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
