Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute packaging of event materials, props, décor, hampers, and giveaways.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure packaging aligns with the event theme and client expectations.
- Source and manage packaging material such as boxes, wrapping papers, ribbons, stickers, and branding essentials.
- Ensure packaging is damage-free, cost-efficient, and delivered within set timelines.
- Maintain proper inventory of packaging supplies and track consumption.
- Manage quality control to ensure all items are packed neatly and securely.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for customized packaging requirements.




- Assist in the logistics of dispatching and delivering packed items to venues or clients.
- Support in on-ground event operations whenever required.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: logistics/supply chain/operations).
- 1-3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or event operations.
- Experience in event industry packaging/logistics will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
