A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction/interior project site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Management
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers

2. Project Execution
- Monitor project progress and timelines
- Ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule
- Report daily/weekly progress to project manager

3. Quality Control
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and rectify issues immediately

4. Material & Inventory Handling
- Manage material delivery, storage, and usage
- Prevent wastage and ensure proper utilization

5. Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
- Ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain accident-free work environment

6. Coordination
- Work closely with designers,



engineers, and clients
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records (attendance, materials, work progress)
- Prepare daily site reports

Required Skills:

Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of site supervision experience (interiors/construction)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
