Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before surgery
- Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations
- Ensure proper handling of OT instruments and medical supplies
- Monitor OT cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support patient shifting and pre/post-operative care
- Maintain records of OT equipment and procedures
Requirements:
- OT Technician certification/diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation Theatre
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques
- Ability to work in emergency and critical situations
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
