Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and company-generated leads
- Contact clients and understand project requirements
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with design and project teams
- Follow up with clients for quotations and approvals
- Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Support sales target achievement
- Update CRM and customer database regularly
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and references

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Client handling and follow-up ability




- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of interior/construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools

Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Positive and target-oriented attitude
- Ability to convert leads into customers
- Good coordination and time management skills
- Local market knowledge of Palakkad preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
