Role Summary

We are seeking a mid-senior GenAI / Agentic AI Architect with strong hands‑on development skills and experience in building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, tool‑using agents, and production-grade AI platforms. The role requires solid client-facing capabilities, including stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, RFP contributions,



and business relationship development. You will act as a player-coach, providing need-based mentorship across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-driven reasoning, planning, and decision-making pipelines.
- Build multi-agent architectures, including planner-executor and coordinator-specialist models.
- Develop agent communication protocols, state-sharing, collaboration, and optimization strategies.
- Implement RAG systems using embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and re‑ranking.
- Implement short-term, long-term, and episodic memory for agent workflows.
- Create evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounding, hallucination, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Deploy and maintain AI workloads in production using CI/CD, observability, and resilient architectures.
- Continuously optimize cost, latency, model performance, and tool efficiency.
